Editing Multiple Records

  1. Select All/None

    Clicking on the checkbox will toggle select all/none of the feature selectors.

  2. Feature Selector

    Clicking on each checkbox will toggle whether or not that particular feature will be affected by any edits made on this page.

  3. Property Name

    This is the name of the property to edit.

  4. Locked for Editing Button

    The locked red icon means that the property will not be updated when the page is submitted. Clicking on this icon will unlock the property for editing and the icon will turn grey. Note that certain properties can be marked as read only, and will not be editable.

  5. Unlocked for Editing Button

    The unlocked grey icon means that the property will be updated by the value in the associated input field when the page is submitted. Note that certain properties can be marked as read only, and will not be editable.

  6. Input Field

    Once a property is unlocked, the input field allows a user to enter any changes for that given property. Similar to the Search Features panel, the input control may vary depending on the data type of the column. Note that certain properties can be marked as read only, and will not be editable.

  7. Update Features Button

    Click this button to update the selected features with any edits the user has made. Care should be taken in submitting any changes as all properties for any selected features will be updated with these values.

  8. Maximize/Restore Window

    Click this button to maximize or restore the window size.

  9. Close Window

    Click this button to close the window without submitting any changes.
