Data Tab


  1. Data Tab Selector

    This is the data tab which holds the report. Clicking on the tab will bring the tab content to the foreground. Similarly, clicking on the Map tab will return the user to the map.

  2. Data Report Name

    This shows the data definition report name, including the number of records in parenthesis.

  3. Zoom to Features

    Clicking this button zooms to all of the records in the report.

  4. Edit Features

    Clicking this button allows mass editing of a single property for all records in the report. More >>

  5. Attach Notes/Files Dropdown

    Clicking this dropdown will show the buttons "Attach files" and "View attached files". The ability to view or attach files to features has to be enabled by configuration; if disabled, this dropdown will not be available.

  6. Attach Notes/Files

    Clicking this button will allow the user to attach the notes and files to all records in the report. The ability to attach files to features has to be enabled by configuration; if disabled, this button will not be available. More >>

  7. View Attached Notes/Files

    Clicking this button will allow the user to view attached notes and files that are associated with these features. Additionally, the total count of attached notes/files is shown in parenthesis. More >>

  8. Export to Microsoft Excel Format

    Clicking this button will export the current report data to Microsoft Excel format (.xls).

  9. Export to Adobe PDF Format

    Clicking this button will export the current report data to Adobe PDF (.pdf).

  10. Export to CSV Format

    Clicking this button will export the current report data to comma separated values format (.csv).

  11. Export to Microsoft Word Format

    Clicking this button will export the current report data to Microsoft Word format (.doc).

  12. Sort by Column

    Clicking the column header will toggle sorting on that column in ascending or descending order.

  13. Filter Column

    Entering a value and then clicking the column filter will allow filtering of the current results. Similar to the Search Features panel, the filter conditions may vary depending on the data type of the column.


  14. Zoom to Feature

    Clicking on the row of a record will zoom to that specific feature.
